thanks for the link.
this is the first step for me  to fight the system and be able to buyn a new encore.

Maryland reconises the visuallock as a intragrated safety device. I just called fox ridge and asked them if they could include a fired case witha  custom Encore.

Now If I can get foxridge to include the case the battle will be down to finding a dealer willing to take the information and run with it.

I have a call in to Fox ridge to see if they will be willing to send a few fired cases with a custom encore. for the price I will be paying i dont see why they couldn't after all the do test fire it before it is sent out.
the bad thing is If i want a encore rifle it is no troubles walk in do a little form and walk out.
