Remember this is the guy with three broken hammer spurs? Well, the 209/.50 smoke pole was spraying shot all over the boards-- 10"+ groups at 100Yds. T/C took the thing back and, except the hammer*, just about rebuilt the beast. Gratus.
From this perspective, T/C stands by the product and cares about customer satisfaction.
(Field trials begin today.. will let ya 'all know how that comes out.)

* Bro wrote a personal note instructing the shop to ignore that welded & reinforced custom hammer. :wink:

I'm with you. I thought that hammer would be scrapped and a new one installed. Had it not been for a written and signed directive from the Bro- something they have for their records, etc- I think they'd have replaced the thing.
Anyhow, all's well that ends well. I'm still awaiting word as to his range work.. It's raining cats, dogs, frogs, and there's thunder! out there right now.
