the whispr is a good gun for ihmsa but i would like an oppinyon on the two recoil wise and accuracy please help

You are kidding right?
There are a couple of interesting rounds to be sure but at the oppposite ends of the spectrum - almost like comparing a 22LR to a 45-70 for silhouette use!
Why not try a 357Max or 35 Rem if you want to go bigger bore?
