What happpened to H-205?

Older reloading manuals list some astonishing ballistics with the 30-06 and H-205 powder, which has since been discontinued.

Does anyone know what happened to H-205 and where it is on the burning rate spectrum of powders?

H-205 would fall between N-560 and N-205
