If you're refereing to optical sights, there are several frame mounts that will allow you to use red dots or pistol scopes. I too have a target Kimber, I put a "Hi Vis" fiber optic front sight on mine. In any kind of light at all it is highly visible, even with my failing eyesight. You could also talk to your eye doctor about making you a pair of shooting glasses. These work quite well too.
