I would look at the bandito setup at www.pistolpackaging.com.

After using a bianchi accumold belt holster and frequently feeling like my pants were about to go south (taurus raging bull), I purchased a bandito setup and am very happy with it. At first I thought it was somewhat expensive, but it is well worth it and they have very good customer service. The holster can be removed from the shoulder strap and used as a reg belt holster.

I purchased the bandito setup after reading positive reviews on a number of websites, including this one.

If you purchase a setup from them, follow their recommended sizing as I was  just below a larger size and purchased the larger size. The size they recommended would have fit me just fine and left plenty of room for adjustment.

I would highly recommend a leather holster over a nylon holster, as leather holsters are much quieter.

If you are cheap like me you can modify one of those inexpensive Uncle Mikes    Just cut a slot out for the red dot :D

If you want a good custom holster check out www.levergunleather.com.
I just got my shoulder rig in for my 9 1/2 inch scoped Ruger  SRH in .480 and am very pleased. with it.
