If anyone comes across a FMJ (made in Ducktown, TN) 45LC/410 side-by-side derringer in the Brookville, PA or the Jefferson, Clarion, Clearfield, or Elk County areas-please called the Brookville Borough Police @ (814) 849-5323.
Both firearms had very low serial numbers. Both started with C00000****. They are Black/matte in color and had all the edges and frint sight deburred with a file-thus showing gun metal gray. One was very flimbsy when opened, the other was tight due to being shimmed with a couple plastic washers at the barrel/receiver hinge.
