It has a 24 inch barrel in 22-250. The scope is a 4-16X with lighted reticle. The bipod is actually from Wall Mart for $39.00. I bought the Encore from Ed's Contenders. Ed does a good job.

I bet your really going to like that rifle Abaker.   I have a 24" 22-250 barrel on my stainless encore that shoots great.    I do most of my predator hunting with it.  Its a dream to carry around on snowshoes thru brush cause its short and light.  I have found that mine really likes the Remington UMC 45gr HP ammo.

The scope is a BEC Goldlabel 4-16X44. It has 7 levels of red lighted reticle. It isn't a leoupold but it is good enough for me. I paid 150.00 for it at the local gun shop. If you look online you could find on probably as cheap or cheaper. I haven't even sighted it all the way in yet.

Bear_78, If you don't mind me asking, where did you get the lam. stock on your rifle? Also, who makes it and what is the cost? I like that stock better than anything else I've seen.  Sharp Rifle!  Thanks for the info.

I have about the came laminated stock but with the thumbhole for my Encore. It is made by Fox Ridge outfitters.

I live in Arizona so a Bipod is a good thing to have if you can find a place to lay down with no cactus needles on the ground.
