To shoot a BR rifle, what do YOU do,in preparation?
« on: October 07, 2004, 03:17:14 AM »
How do you decide on a bullet, the brand and load of powder, the cases, the OAL?Do you try different brands of primers? Do you fell that BR primers are always the best ? Does the temp and humidity change your loading technics?
I shoot in the factory rifle class and do well. I do the case prep things, flash hole prep, true the necks and weigh them into groups.
The one thing i do,that I've not seen very often,is,I number each case.As i shoot each one it is noted where it hits in my groups. After giving a case 3 tries{some times only one!},if does not group,it is not used for my BR loads.
What do you do ?
