Bigbuck, a Benelli shotgun is only going to be worth the money to you if it will be abused. Several semi-auto shotguns will last a lifetime if you shoot a couple hundred rounds a year and look after them well - Remington, Beretta, Browning etc. Benellis will shoot 3,000 rounds a year, live in mud and sweat and shoot full of water. I hunt in a few places that need that kind of tool, not everyone does. The last time I hunted flooded savannah in Guyana my Super 90 was underwater hiding in tall grass for 2 days. When I shoot migratory birds it runs 2,000 rounds in 3 months on the seashore without being cleaned. I'm having the barrel refinished to teflon or similar but the rest of the gun is perfect.
