.223 Twist Rate 21" Contender Carbine???

Like to know the twist rate or ratio of the 21" Contender barrel in .223.
Second question: Would 62 gr. bullets stablize through this barrel or just stick with 55 gr.  Thanks for reading.

The TC barrel I have is 1 turn in 13 5/8 inches - I measured the twist.

It won't shoot anything heavier than 55 grains, and 55 grains is nothing to write home about.  

45 grain ballistic tips shoot great, on the other hand.
