« on: October 19, 2004, 09:38:06 AM »
Hi,everyone.
Since about one year now there are rumours here in Bc,that there is supposedly some wild pig-hunting to be had somewhere in northern-Alberta,where is would be possible for Bc -Residents to hunt them without a Guide.Does anyone know any details about the Area or if it is actually true? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank's
Greg

I don't remember exactly where it is, I was thinking of finding out and going this winter, but they are feral hogs that have escaped and can be hunted at any time as long as you have permission. They are causing quite a bit of a mess up there from what I understand. The article I read was in the Alberta Outdoorsmen magazine.
http://www.albertaoutdoorsmen.ca/  They may be able to help.
