I have heard that there is a T/C Firestorm rifle in caplock version. I know the flintlock version exists and have heard that there is a caplock version that has a removable breechplug and sidehammer which uses a 209 shotgun primer? Does anyone know if this rifle actually exists?

Yes the rifle does exist. They are hard to find and have been discontinued by TC. I have seen a few on Auction Arms Web Site. I believe it had a 26" barrel and a 1:28 twist for sabots. Looks alot like the Black Mountain Magnum Rifle except for the snail that accepts 209 primers.

Thanks for the response guys. I just decided that I didn't want the Firestorm as the twist is too much towards conicals. I might want to shoot some round balls in competition with the sidelock so I just bought a Stainless Grey Hawk off one of the other sales sites.
