Update on my "tough boar ribs"...
« on: January 26, 2003, 11:29:57 AM »
Thanks a bunch guys! I boiled some ribs today for an hour at a rolling boil with my favorite spice (a couple tablespoons of catsup), then let them simmer all afternoon. When I was ready to put the backed potatoes in the oven, I coated the ribs in barbeque sauce, wrapped them in foil and let them stay in the oven till the taters' were done. They were tender, and done to a turn. Finally! Wild boar ribs that are not like trying to eat leather.. Thanks again. Dave
