After all the discussions, don't forget to get out and vote! In my area in Texas we have "early voting" to avoid election day congestion, and I have already voted. Make your plans and arrangements early to get out to vote. I think businesses are required by law to provide their employees with the flexibility needed to vote (meaning, tolerating slightly late morning arrivals, slightly early evening departures, slightly longer lunch breaks, whatever to permit employees to vote). After all the effort expended dialoguing about the candidates, don't fail to do the one thing that really counts in this election -- cast your ballot!
