Thanks for the offer but all my rifles must be of the same manufacturer so that I can make them identical in fit feel and trigger pull. I have seen more people fumble with the ownership of two three or even more brands of guns with different safeties and trigger pulls that I will not likely ever go down that road for myself.
I own two hunting rifles, a 30/06 and a 375HH both identical down to the letter. Both Winchester CRF model 70's. Same stock, barrel, scope, scope mounts, 2.8 lb trigger pull, trajectory, just about everything you can make the same.
My work rifle is a 458 Lott also very close but having a wood laminated walnut custom made stock. It's also a Model 70 CRF with a 2.8 lb trigger
Keeping every function the same removes the need to think about what your(I'm) doing. I know my limits under pressure and I cannot operate several different firearm manufactures products quickly and properly under stress fire. Heck I have been driving an Automatic transmission for a year now, it's my first auto transmission ever. I still reach with my right hand to shift every day. I also use my left foot to reach for the clutch constantly. Once my brain is trained to do something it's hard for me to change that behaviour!
