Its been one of those weekends. Friday my Lyman Mould master-XX, elect. system blew out, my Lyman 450 luber/sizer blew the O-ring out of the bottom. Went to the hardware store and got some O-rings but there just a tad to large in thickness. Got out my 20lb Lee pot to cast with and it decided to keep pouring lead. Got my spare 450 sizer out (from a yard sale) the center rod where the lube goes was all stripped (should have checked it when I bought it). To late to call Lyman and get spare parts (if they even have any). Finally got the lee pot overhauled so it works right (I hope). Got looking thru some boxes of old loading stuff and found an old Lyman sizer that looks like it came over on the boat right after the Mayflower. Rod base just a hair to big, elect drill and small flat file it now fits. Have an old refridge that dosent work that I keep my brass and bullets in, door wasant closed tight, bunch of primed brass now gonna get reprimed due to rain getting in. Monday will be calling Lymann to see about parts. The lyman reloading stuff I have is well over 20 yrs old, just cause I use it all the time you would thing it would last a little longer.

I hate days like that. :oops: Makes you want to turn around, go back to bed, pull the cover over your head and say****with it. :eek:

Hey guys, if it makes you feel any better I have had about 3 of those days in a row, I'm not at my camp hunting and probably won't be for at least a week to 10 days, was supposed to be there now!!! My trucks acting up, my wifes car needs work (JUST out of warranty) and the builders on my addittion have not showed up for 4 days. I am sure something else is wrong too but can't think of it now...Oh yeah, I'm out of money too!!!....<><.... :-D
It just has to get better, I know it will....<><.... :grin:

Maybe we could start our own NON-PROFIT club, and get the govt to subsidise(sp) it. :-D Like the old Morton Salt commercial "when it rains it pours".

Few of my dies are under 25+ years old with the youngest bought in 1986 for my 4570. I have moulds almost 30 year sold. My old LEE bottom pour pot likes to keep running sometimes, have to be careful with it. Good luck. POWDERMAN.
