I am considering using them to rebarrel and bed a SAKO AV Fiberclass. THey deal with SAKO probably more than any other gunsmith. ANyone know anything about them?

Well, you said it...they're the source if you want a Sako. I talked to them at length a couple of years ago when I was looking at getting a TRG 42, but regretfully never got up there (was living in WV) to pay them a visit.

They have been around for a while. Purchased an AV action from them in the late 80's for a .416REM.
