Hog Hunting in HI?
« on: February 22, 2003, 08:30:47 AM »
Well, work has now got me stuck in Hawaii for a few months.  Since I'm stuck here I might as well do some hunting.

Anyone know of any hunting opportunities in HI?

I'm out here on Oahu, in the Pearl City area.

Tell me I need to send for my 444 barrel!

BNoz01,

I go to Hawaii a lot but have never hunted there...I think that will change this year...or so the wife says.

Anyway, here's everything you ever wanted to know about hunting in Hawaii but were afraid to ask.  There's two things you can hunt there on Oahu evidently...feral goats and feral pigs.

Hey,

That's a great source of info -- Thanks!  Looks like handgun hunting is taboo according to what I read.
