60 grainer? Cant find the 63gr?

I called Sportsmans Warehouse today to see if they had the 63gr sierra but he said that they didnt. I also tried my local reloading guy and he said he hasent had them for quite some time. I realy dont like mail ordering stuff cause its such a pain. Any of you guys tried anything near 60gr and got decent acuracy out of it? I will be using this load for yotes. I hate not bein able to find stuff. Cabellas has it, 2 years from now CO will have their own cabellas but untill then I have to make do. Any info or suggestions is/are welcome. Thanks guys, Hank.

oh, my bad, thanks for lettin me know. its 22 cal. A Handirifle .223 to be exact.
