I'm waiting for my first QB 78 - plan to alter stock to fit my 6 yr old.  In the process I found some tuners/ customizers.

Have you checked out Co2une http://members.cox.net/co2une/index.html - he does a lot of stuff with QB 78

Fun Supply will ship QB 78 straight to CO2une for new buyers

or Crooked Barn who works with Crosman products at :
               http://www.crookedbarn.com/

you might consult them for recommendations. Good luck - There are probably more custom smiths out there and I'm amazed at the work that I see online.
