Two fox at a time.

Lately on Hunt101 I've seen several different pics with two foxes caught at one set. How unusual is this? I've never actually caught a fox, so to see two caught at the same time is great.

Doubles are  not unusual.  ive caught as many as five in one spot at same time...  one was the dog fox and four of the offspring.  I got female two days later in a scent post set by rear leg close to where i got the five fox.   Ive done double on yotes  but have  seen where other trappers have gotten three at one time in close proximity.  Keep trapping  and it will happen to you.... BUT  only one set  wont give you doubles so set accordingly... Good Luck

RdFx is on the money...never had 5 but had a quad last year..6 tripples and a ton of doubles this year...keep in mind...I only had a quad last year...if I'd have set 5 or 6 traps....  If you set one trap...the most you can catch is one...for fox I NEVER put less than two traps and usually 3 or more at hot locations.
