I signed it and sent it on to all I know. My heart goes out to that marine and I want to know what the hell that "journalist" was doing there anyway! These are not games, this is war, like it or not. Most of us who have been in combat or life or death situations will most likely sign it without blinking an eye. The others have the right to their opinions, but unless they have been in situations like that I feel they have no right to judge....<><....  :(

My grandson is a Marine ...and I don't want any biased "news reporter" to be doing such dirt to our troops...

Imagine the unmitigated gall! The video was immediately sent to the Reuters "hate America" agency

When I signed it I told them they should give the poor guy a good conduct medal.    Bush should do it on the front lawn of his ranch and have the media show the Muslims that the Marine is staying there for the week-end!    I wish they'd show it on prime-time ABC!      :P  :P  :P

Really, we should tell them to put the Marine's picture on a 10,000lb 'moab' and drop it on Tikrit.....so Saddam's relatives can join the loser that this guy shot the other day.

Theres only one thing to say regarding this situation, GOD BLESS THE CORPS ! :toast:

That Marine was wounded in combat the day before. Instead of taking the easy road and staying in the rear, he takes the hard road and rejoins his unit at the front. I wonder how many times this Marine saved that journalist's life?  I wonder how many more Marines will!

Oreilly says he's going to follow through to see that this Marine doesn't get "railroaded"..
If he isn't sprung soon, perhaps we can e-mail him...asking that he set up a fund!
