Seems that we are having a "fun" time trying to get a shoot in down here in the Republic's first capital (Houston for you who didn't have to take Texas History in the 7th grade).
Both the Oct and Nov matches had problems with rain.  We got one day in for Oct but both Nov days are underwater.  We're hoping to shoot next week-end but with Turkey Day just past, I'm thinking there might be a few less cowboys and -girls showing up.   :(

On the other side: who knows it might even be cool by then.

Bring your waders cause it's going to be wet even if it stops today!

violet is thinking we're going to have duck for T-Giving as it's the only bird that can get here without drownding.

You boys are all wet... :-D
I know, I know..

Wasn't gonna be able to make either date(work this past weekend, out of town next), but was hopin' some of you would get to shoot.

Bye the bye, one long range forecast I saw don't look so good for next weekend neither.

While you boys up in the N/W part of the area got hammered again, The coastal area/Bay area was relatively dry. I played golf yesterday, and with the exception of soggy fairways and UNGODLY humidity, it was fairly pleasant.
You folks need to find out who the sinner is amongst ya and get he/she to repent.
we got 6"  Thursday or Friday but only bout 1/4" since.
If'n ya'll want to come down here to shoot it would be ok.
Just playin with ya about the repenting part.
Blessings
