I have three hundred 50 gr. V-Mx moly bullets that I want to put through my .223 contender 21" barrel.  Leaning toward Varget powder but would appreciate other recommendations.  DG

Varget and 748 have served me very well in 22" and 16" barrels.

Not the highest velocity load, but H4895 works well for me with good accuracy with both 50 and 55 gr bullets.

My .223 is not picky about what powder its given , 748 , blc-2 and 335 all will produce good groups with a 50 grain v-max
