Recall for Lee.223 FL sizer

Full length dies in 223 Remington are being recalled.
The affected dies are stamped "Lee-223-C4" and were shipped between April and June of 2004.
The problem is that the die is a bit short, and could cause a headspace condition if it is adjusted to contact the shell holder.
According to Lee, if the affected die is backed out 1/4 turn, and adjusted until the breech of the rifle just closes without difficulty on the resized case,  it would be safe to use.

Seems kind of odd that Lee would suggest setting up a die the way it should be done in the first place......as opposed to his usual 'smash the die into the shell holder and hope for correct headspace' method.
