Anyone here watch pro "basketbrawl"...?
« on: November 23, 2004, 02:21:11 PM »
I never have, never will, but that stupidity by a bunch of basketball player numbskulls such as I saw on FOX news.... was a complete disgrace.

FOX says that in the NBA, 40% of the players have a "serious" criminal past (more than shoplifting)...so what do the team owners expect?

Shall we hold our breath until the "fans" AND the players are prosecuted?...hah!

If that bunch of hooligans want to fight so much....I suggest they immediately be sent to Fallujah...where the REAL MEN are doing the fighting...and the ball-bouncer who is 6'9" and 275 lbs pulls no advantage..

10 to 1 there will be no Pat Tillman type volunteers....

Pat Tillman looks more like a hero every day...God bless his memory...
If you don't want the truth, don't ask me.  If you want something sugar coated...go eat a donut !  (anon)

Ironglow,
'Funny thing is, no branch of the armed forces would accept those spoiled gangsta criminals.  Can you just imagine any of them trying to cop an attitude with a DI at Parris Island?

Like I said in my "Hey Graybeard, I gotta know???" Topic, they should play Pro Basketball in a "maximum security prison"!

I have to be honest though, it was the most excitement the NBA has had sense Michael Jordan left!
