Paper patch 44-90 remington/ reloading information

HI;

I am new to the site and BPCR.

Does anyone have information on loading,Brass,bullets and rifle twist
on a 44-90 Remington cartridge. Also any books on this 44-90.

Data from Cartridges of the world.  44-90 Reminton Special (Necked)  470 gr lead bullet Lyman #446187 loaded with 30 gr of IMR4198 gives 1270 fps and ME of 1688. Early Factory PP bullet was 470gr lead with 90gr of Fg BP.  later load was 550 gr patched or lubricated lead with 90gr. Fg for MV of 1250 fps.  possible to form brass from 45/70 but with a short neck.  Hope this helps. JB
