can you put a bulls eye target barrel on a buckmark camper?

All Buckmark barrels are interchangeable. I do know though that Browning did change the thread diameter or pitch of the barrel mount screw long ago but seeing as how the Camper and Bullseye models are newer I would think they are the same at this time.

I have heard a rumor the Browning will make 17 Mach II barrels available.

I have also heard a rumor that the 17 will require a different breech block and/or spring as the pressure curve is not the same as a 22 LR.

Any one else heard anything like this?
