I am looking into buying a Ziess Diavari C. Does anyone know how these stack up to the other 30mm Ziess scopes.? It is a 2.5-6X42 I think? They want $700.00 for it new. Thanks!

Well I ended up buying a new Ziess Diavari-Z VM/V MC 1.5-6X42 and it is very bright! I paid $775.00 OTD

I was just looking at this scope as it is the only one listed by Zeiss for a shotgun, but I think its insanely costly for a $200 H&R Ultra 12 guage!

I priced it around $1200...where did you get this scope for even as cheap as you did?!

I can't seem to find a shotgun scope to settle on. I want something with a decent objective for low light conditions...the 20mm jobbies just aren't grabbing me. But I can't seem to justify throwing a $1200 scope on a shotgun either...

I hear ya bowhunter.....for $1200 it would have to fix me breakfast the next morning......
