They are called Precharged Pneumatics. Theres many different makes and models. Some have small detachable tanks, some have an internal reservoir. Charging is done usually from a scuba tank, but a hand pump is available for many types also. There are high pressure compressors available for charging the guns, but they are very expensive. Most of these guns operate at 2500-4000psi depending on the make and model.
