Handloader.  They sell  more advice than products!

Handloader is a good magazine, as is Rifle magazine. They are exceptionally well written and produced. They really are in a class by themselves. Even some really generally poor writers do their best work for Handloader and Rifle.

Not sure what this means, but I do know that both magazines used to be better than they are today. They've moved toward the newsstand crowd and a little away from the technical/gun-nut crowd they started with. Still, they're the best general gun magazines we've got.

Used to read Handloader and Rifle every month but now that Ross Seyfried is no longer with them I doubt if I'll buy them very often.  He was the only one who wrote about what I'm interested in.

And he was the only one who made any sense in some issues!

Has anyone seen Seyfried surface with any other publication?

Hcliff
He gets an article or two in the Double Gun and Single Shot Journal, a quarterly pub that features some fantastic guns.  It's pricey but has some really good articles, right up Ross' alley.
