Shame on the mom and shame on the husband.  

They both knew she had a problem and they didn’t protect her from herself.

It is their fault, nobody else’s.   I get so sick of these crybabies pointing at everyone except themselves.

What is even worse is that this sounds like the parents want to "get rich quick" at the expense of their daughter. The parents and all the legal services involved need to get a clue.

These parents need to stand up and admit their own fault instead of pushing the blame on someone else.

Now we should sue the parents for being greedy and even trying to bring this court.

I bet if they tooks this case to judge Judy, she would tell the parents that  they  are responsible for their  daughters death, not Wal-Mart.  And they will never admite to their own fault.

I see this stuff all the time when we get called out for fires in hotel rooms on the interstate.....makes you think about where you spend the night on vacation.

Yes William ; the juries SHOULD limit rewards for Darwin Award candidates...but they don't!
   I believe the President has a comprehensive and fair tort reform bill...and we should get behind it!
   
    Perhaps some of our troops that are injured or killed due to lacking some form of weapon, armor or troop numbers that would have saved them, should start suing personally, any of those Lib senators that voted against certain defense dept. budget requests...
 
   Perhaps if the " chickens came home to roost" they may start to abandon some of their selfish, lawyer driven ideas...........
