I go into details in another ultra-dot related post but for sure guys, keep your eye on Larry's they don't stand up behind the product. Ultra-dot needs to find another service center.

What happened? I sent one back for repair six months ago and they were prompt, and the only thing I had to pay was $5 for shipping. The sight has been a real workhorse.

Here's an update on my earlier post. Today, one full week after Ultra Dot West was supposed to have shipped me a new beauty ring, I called and asked again how can I get one of these(talk to the machine). The company in Florida, Larry's, or the California outlet won't answer any of my messages. What's up with these guys? No wonder Jack Weigand got away from them. I'm a solid three weeks into trying to get someone to just talk to me and tell me how to get one, California did tell me they would send me one but, I've not got it. I know snail mail is slow but, not that slow. Something tells me, I'm just stuck with no help in sight!........ Rant mood off.

I called ULtra Dot Distribution again today(left a message), and received an angry (because I had called so many times)call (I assume from the owner) saying he had NO parts. Larry's is the only way to get service. Told me that the California outlet has NO parts at all. Then proceeded to tell me that the west coast store did not tell me they had one and would ship it to me. They were aware of my needs and would get to it in an uncertain amount of time. P.S.---While typing this, Larry's called and said they would send one to me in todays post? What a mistake to have ever dealt with this outfit.  NEVER AGAIN!

I'm sorry it has been a bad experience for you, but I know that Larry's is a good and reputable outfit and they sell and repair a lot of ultradot sights. Ultradots are the sight of choice for many competitors using centerfire guns, and they are highly regarded for both products and repairs.  I know that at certain times of the year repairs will be slower, like when they're at Camp Perry and don't do ultradot repairs until after they return. I believe ultradot refers all repairs to Larry's only, or at least they used to.
