Be gentle I'm new. :D
Looking to pickup a new handi tommorow in 7mm-08.
Gander will match wally world price  $188

Called H&R to confirm barrel options and yes they are going to offer
the S&W 500 and the 7.62x39 next year.

I wanted to make sure I could get a 223, 270, and 45-70 barrel added.

Your list of barrel choices sounds great !
Welcome aboard !
Go MAGNUM/MAX LOAD or GO HOME !
Always use MUCH more gun than the minimum required to do the job.
Recoil is your FRIEND...It lets you know you are using something WORTHWHILE !

Wow that is quite a selection - has anyone heard of whether a 7mm-08 will be made in stainless steel?
