I have a question about the posts being vocalized. Can we actually listen to each other talk? And what kind of a set up do I need to hear and talk to you guys?

Sheila, I'm no computer guru. But try turning your volume up and click on the "vocalize"icon. I have Windows XP on this machine with sound card. It works for me.

No we cannot talk to each other. The voice is a computer generated audio of the post.
