a while back i asked about a bullet powder combination for my 7 year old and a ft stuffer.....got a few suggestions but setled on a 185 gr. xtp hornady bullet <45 acp >bullet with 40 grain pistol pryo....in a 50 cal sabot looks funny cause the sabot swollows the little bullet......but it works relly good boy shot a 47 lb. button buck at 28 steps sat. to kill his first deer......he hit it high over the shoulder......but close enough to the spine to drop it in his tracks........cleaned it today ........had half in hole going in and three quartes going out ...lots of shock.......thanks 4 tha advise i woulda gone with a 200 or bigger bullet.....thank for all that helped me out.......ps our story is in the H&R huntsman section under like fater like son......jb
