To have six cylinder throats reamed out?  I gotta have it done but I don't know what I should be paying.

If you have a 44 or 45 the tooling is in the $100 neighborhood and a job should probably cost in the $50 to $100 range.  A lot depends on what the problem is..

www.45throatdoctor.com did a great job on my Bisley. He also gives you a spec sheet for before and after. And a quick turn around to boot.
