bdb;

Had a Auto-Ordinance back in the early ninties, the GI, if I remember correctly. Green Parkerized. It said to only to shoot ball ammo in it, but the darn thing shot 200gr SWC Magnus bullets without a hitch. Shot it till I just about wore it out shooting some Star 185gr.JHP's and AA#7. It was a good gun for the money. They were going for $175.00 back then.

I have a nice used one on layaway right now.  This is a G.I. lookalike except that is has a nice polished blue finish.  This must be an earlier model (before Kahr) as there is no sieries 80 type safety which I understand the Karh models have.  I hope to get it out soon and I'll let you know how it shoots.  It looks to be very well made.  44 Man

the new ones are getting good reviews and will accept most any kind of ammo also. right now it is on my "short list" to pick from.

Yeah, this one has a throated barrel to feed SWC's but being a used gun, I don't know if it came that way from the factory or not.  This also has two Chip McCormic magazines, but again I don't know if they were original or not.  44 Man
