Do coyotes run when you hit them with a red lensed light.

And what kind of call should I use, the k-9 pup in destress or the cottontain destress?
DEER SEASON IS OVER, BUT THERE IS STILL RABBIT, SQUIRREL AND SPRING GOBBLER.  :biggun: :lol:

From what I've seen, it depends on the coyote.  Some are just more skittish.  I try to move the beam pretty quick and only hold it on them when it's time to shoot.  

I vary the calls I use based on the time of the year and weather.  If it's been cold/rainy, etc, I use a distress call.   I only use a pup distress after there a pups born.

i called in 4 this evening using a johnny syewart tape in little pig distress,got one coyote!
