Oquirrh, have you tried polishing the bore with JB bore compound or Flitz? NEF barrels are pretty rough from the factory and take a great deal of shooting to get best accuracy, the polishing just reduces range time. Also, the triggers are heavy, doesn't take much to get a 2-3lb nice trigger with an hours work on em. Another thing to check is the scope base screws, they have been found to be too long on some guns, preventing the rail from being tight. Lots of us have bedded the rail too....
