Hope it quits raining I am heading your way in about 3weeks going to take in the Shot Show in Vegas. I love NV and AZ need to thaw out my bones. I had a 25-06 Ultra gave it away and now have it back, long story. The guy shot four deer with it two deer with one shot.
He did not mean too it just happened 117gr hand load I made. Dropped both deer at nearly 300 yards. The 25-06 is a good caliber, has more power than needed for deer. Good luck with the 25 Handi.

Welcom Aboard Skinner :D

You got a great cartridge in a great little gun...I lucked out and got my 25-06 Ultra right before deer season ended...didn't get a deer...but have great luck using Winchester Supreme's 115 grain Ballistic Silvertips...you can do a search on the forum for 25-06 and see all the tips and tricks and good and bad on it...I hope it shoots good for ya...
