Mojo ghost ring sight

I think I could cut and tap the Mojo ghost ring  to mount in the rear scope holes on top of my 336 receiver.  It might make a compact and slick sight, and sorta inexpensive too. What do you all think? anybody got one on a mauser?  elavation I haven't figured out yet, but its got windage. check it out here:
