Deer season over

OK guys, seasons finally over today.  Anyone have any luck on the last day?  I'm sure that some of you are glad that it is over.  I know my wife is, lol.

Yes I killed a 8 pt at 5:30 yesterday evening, not a great big rack but a big body. He sure thought that he was the bull of the woods, he stunk to high heaven. Now its my time of mourning, time to put the hunting stuff away for a while and catch up on all the stuff that I've let ride since deer season started. Hope everybody had a good year. rugerman

Iam also glad it's over.This year stunk.I saw 4 all season;of course they were out of bow range.2 months before season in Oct.,I saw deer just about everytime I went into woods.But somebody must have tipped them off I was there at start of season :wink: .Oh well I guess that's why I love to hunt them.T'aint easy!!!..............Rick
