Does NEF let you know when they get your receiver?

I sent off for 3 barrels over a week ago,I'm wondering if NEF lets you know by e-mail or phone if they got there or not?

When I sent mine in I got a post card from them saying they received it. I got the post card about a week before the gun returned. I called them a week after I sent it in and confirmed they got it.

I always ship mine UPS so I have tracking available....I've never got a card from them, but I knew they got it due to the tracking info online. USPS delivery confirmation will also show delivery but no tracking info is available.

Just about what everyone else said. I send mine USPS Prioity Mail with delivery confirmation and it usually gets there in 2 days  but am not advised by the factory until at least a couple of weeks later. With delivery confirmation I know the date and time it was delivered....<><.... :grin:

The first two times I sent one in the sent me a card in about 4wks the last time no card but had the gun back in 4 wks. I did track all by UPs tracking. Give them a call.

Mine just got there TODAY! I know 'cause I sent mine DSL, and tracked it all the way. I can't wait to get it back. What did you say, about four weeks?

You need to request delivery confirmation at the time of mailing at USPS, the DC number will show as accepted in the system the night of mailing and won't show delivery until the night of the delivery day. You can check at the URL below.
