The M10 was not a robust weapon and while loved by some it's not by gunsmiths..usually. The M10 is striker fired and is an interuptor type system and one I truly don't care for.  It sounds(diagnosing a M10 from affar is not a precise thing) as though the sear is sticking or the trigger is not returning to battery.. Perhaps a thorough cleaning is in order? Or perhaps the sear spring has weakened... Burrs??  I've attached a link to a parts blow up. Hope it helps..
