Period looking cleaning rods

He fellas,
  I posted a question about period looking cleaning rods, well I thought too long and I may have something working....Ihad a bunch of cedar arrows laying around  feathers missing etc...looks like Ill have me a dandy cleaning rod I post pictures when I get it done..

Are you gonna epoxey a brush & slot-tip to short cedar pieces? If you drill & use epoxey I bet that would work. Or do you have a better idea?

ramrod for a muzzleloader would work well i would think. Do not use a dowell from the hardware store.  you need to use a hickory rod.
