Remington VLSSTH

I just got a VLSSTH to replace my Savage 112BVSS in 22-250 caliber.  The Savage and 5 other rifles were stolen.

This is a beautiful gun but I cannot find any information on it.  Here is what it looks like: http://www.collectorsfirearms.com/r2354.htm

My Savage was sub MOA and I hope this one is as good.  I had intended on getting another 112 but the look of this gun blew me away.  Does anybody have one of these or know anything about them?

those were only made for a year I believe. I wish I had one!

I just got my "regular" VLS last week in .308

If yours shoots half as good as mine, youll love it. I was shooting in 20 degree temps with a 15mph wind, and I still managed some great groups @ 100 yards.

Not sure I even new that one was made. But I sure see the resemlance to the new XR-100. I guess this gun is what influenced the new XR-100 which I am waiting rather impatiently on.

I hope I get my XR100 first.  I've got a factory match in March that I want to shoot it in.  I ordered mine in .223.

Good luck getting it in time. When I last spoke with Remington last week they had not shipped and said it would likely be the end of February when they ship. Then the distributors have to get them to the dealers. I also ordered a .223 but the PD shoot won't be until June so I have plenty of time.
