OK guys this is what I have for a list for names for the door prize giveaway. The drawing will take place on Saturday night as suggested by Wes.

If anyone not on the list will be there on Saturday night you best be speaking up real soon cuz once the list is finalized and the names made up for the drawing don't be crying to me iffen yer name don't get called.

If anyone is on the list who is not gonna be there please speak up now cuz iffen yer name is called and you're not there to draw your prize we're gonna move on and draw another name.

:eek: Looks like the list has swelled fromm the last count that Wlscott had listed...hope some were the ones that were turned away earlier on as the list was full... :roll:

The top six names are going to be helping me take you guys out to the dog towns. Looks like we've got about 22 all said and done.

it wasn't his fault, he out shoot a green beret sniper and they made him leave so that they would feel better (got to keep those green beret's happy you know :wink: )

Where, and at what time will the drawing take place? How late will the group shoot on Saturday?

We will get to Hooker sometime Saturday afternoon. My plan now is to go straight to the Cole and check in. If the drawing is not there, could I get GPS coordinates to the location?

Ed the drawing will take place at the renovated chicken house that is now a club house where we'll be meeting at nights. Now where it is I have no clue and the time isn't set in stone as of yet. Just Saturday evening is all we've firmed up at this time.

Last call on names folks. I'm gonna print out the list soon. As in tomorrow or Monday morning. I've reviewed the thread by Wes on names of who will be there and I hope I have everyone on here that will be shooting or helping. If I've missed you then you best be speaking up real soon.

After four years jumping out of planes, and 8 1/2 months in the Gulf, I was ready to come home.

The place we are meeting is seven miles from Hooker. I figure it'll be easier to just have everyone follow me out there instead of trying to tell you how to get there.

According to my count there are now 28 names on the list I have printed out. I think one name is missing on the list above that someone added. I put him on the printed list but not the one above. Forget rat now who he was.

Here is the plan. I have 40 poker chips with the numbers 1 thru 28 placed on them using small colored dots. The chips are ten each red, white, blue and green. There is no relationship between color and number sequence. The chips were mixed and pulled at random without me even seeing what color was being taken. The dots with numbers were placed on them.

When we do the drawing I will take the hard copy of the above list and we'll use the order that the names appear on the list. You will each in turn draw a chip from a hat or box. Whatever number is on that chip will be written by your name on the hard copy of the list. If you draw a chip without a number you'll try again until you get one with a number. Will add to the suspense.

Once all names have numbers by them we'll begin selecting prizes. First choice goes to the person who drew the number one and so on until all prizes are given out. There will be MORE than 28 prizes so there likely will be a second drawing to determine the order to select the remaining prizes once everyone has gotten one.

Everyone will get a Nosler cap. I have enough of those for everyone. Those lucky enough to draw low numbers will be able to chose the best or most expensive prizes or for that matter whatever prize makes you happy. You'll select your choice from among whatever prizes are still available at the time.
