Most likely "best" powder for my .243 Winchester

I know that different rifles respond differently to powder and bullet choices. I am planning to work up loads for 95 and 100 gr. bullets for shooting antelope/deer out to 300 yards. The powder that comes to mind is 4350, either the H or IMR variety. But, there are a lot of newer powders I am not familiar with. Accuracy and velocity are equally important. Is there a powder to start with that would likely yield better results?

The IMR4350 is one of the best choices,with H4831SC running a close second(at least in my 243) I've also used H414 with pretty good results. My rifle ,for some strange reason known only to the rifle god out there somewhere , DOES NOT like 95 gr bullets. Sierra 100 gr GAMEKING AND PROHUNTER bullets shoot fantastic. The Hornady 100gr roundnose bullets have been my go-to deer bullet for about 15 years now and will surprise ya with their accuracy. Of course,I'm not shooting 300yds regularly at game. Most of my shots here are under150 yds.

For 100's:
IMR-4831 From 35.0 grains to 46.0 grains
 Remington 9-1/2 Primer

For 95's:
N-560 From 27.5 grains to 44.5 grains
 Remington 9-1/2 Primer

Near max load of IMR 4831 with a sierra 85 grain BTHP is hard to beat!

I'm getting excellent accuracy on my Ruger M77 tang safety with IMR 4350 for 100 grain Partitions and IMR 4064 with 70 grain Nosler Ballistic Tips.

H414 is outstanding with 80 grain bullets.  I have not tried it with heavier bullets.

IMR4350 and H4831 work good with the 100/105 grain bullets.
